Burma Army using forced labour to maintain camps |

A Free Burma Ranger team has relayed news that the Burma Army are using forced labor to maintain their camps in Toungoo District, Tantabin Township. On October 17th, 2005 Burma Army Company commander Zaw Naing and his troops based at Klaw Meh Der forced six villagers from XX Village, XXX Village and X XX Village to come and work at their camp. On October 19th, 2005 Company commander Kyi Mying and his troops forced seven men and one woman from XXXX Village and four men and thirteen women from X X Village to work at their camp.
